YWAM Italy was relaunched in 2008

There are two YWAM bases - in Milano and Pescara.

YWAM Milano is at the moment running DTSes and pioneering new ministries, with a vision to reach the nation in every sphere of society and raise up a generation of Italian missionaries. More info: www.ywammilano.org

YWAM Pescara consists of a community of 3 YWAM Families. The Restivo family (Italian) the Tavares family (Brazilian) and the Goldney family (British).

Giuseppe and Cristiana Restivo are involved in teaching and preaching in the local church, throughout Italy and wherever God takes them. Cristiana is also currently training in counselling.

Beto and Raquel Tavares are involved in worship projects like; worship leading, events, teaching, preaching and the empowering of young people. Their heart is to see a spiritual awakening among young people!

Philip and Lisanne Goldney are.. Dispelling the Myth that God is a Killjoy, mostly amongst Western European young people. They are involved in the development of several innovative youth projects, and are pioneering the school of "Freesports and Youth Culture" within the University of the Nations. Prayer needs:

• Please pray for a spiritual awakening in Italy
• the church of Italy (both evangelical and catholic) for unity, deeper revelation of God's love and identity in Christ. A multiplication of worshippers, intercessors and missionaries
• Growth of YWAM Italy: committed staff, open doors and provision to establish a stronger platform for training and ministries
