Over 200 leaders of YWAM ministries in Western Europe are expected to gather for their biennial regional conference, in Holland close to the German border, March 31-April 4. Carl Tinnion, one of the organisers, expects "an amazing gathering with the main focus on looking to the future and the release of new ministries, emerging leadership and an increase in apostolic zeal in our mission again."

The conference, held in De Kroeze Danne centre, is designed to facilitate relationship-building and networking, with a cafe/bar, creative arts areas, a prayer room and a ministry room.

"One of the things we feel is important when we gather like this," explains Carl, "is to communicate what the different bases and nations are up to; to give testimony to what God is doing, as well as to ask your future dreams and plans in launching new ministries and training."

In addition to a market place for communicating vision and giving testimony, ministries are asked to bring art work depicting "who you are, what you about and what God has been doing in your midst in this last season of life".

Conference sessions will address the challenge of transition to new wineskins for new times, and to new leadership for 'the black void that is modern Europe'.
