WHO can come to the Festival?

Answer: All YWAMers, past, present and future!!
That means former staff, DTSers, present friends and those who are thinking about joining YWAM - and of course children! Special tracks are being prepared for younger and older children, as well as 55-plussers (the Caleb Track!). You can invite board members and advisory board members. Students of YWAM schools are welcome. And YWAMers from anywhere around the world are most welcome, of course!

WHY is there only ONE plenary session per day?

Answer: We want you to design your own festival and network with the right people!
With all there is to explore and learn at Herrnhut, people to contact, the morning mission seminars and afternoon workshops, concerts, exhibitions, films, we want you to have a Festival tailored to your interests - but not crammed with wall-to-wall meetings. As a Festival, we want you to be able to mix-and-match sessions to get the most out of this event.

CAN we pay a deposit for registration and the rest later, perhaps even on arrival?

Answer: YES!! I didn’t realise that myself - you have to enter the registration page to dis-
cover that you can pay a deposit of €50 per person (€100 per couple/family) now (this is NOT an extra cost), and the rest anytime up to the festival - BUT TRANSFER THE REST OF THE MONEY BEFORE YOU GET THERE. We do not want participants paying in cash at the Festival.

Good news for big families: you only have to pay for the first two children! The rest are free!
